History  

The firm’s history starts in the early 1960’s through real estate activities that where concentrated around the wider regions of Athens. Thereafter, the firm had focused its activities within the region of Ermionida (Peloponnese). Having established this as its primary market, the firm had expanded its trades through the further opening of strategically positioned branches that where located in prime and “hot-spot” locations of Greece.

As a result, the firm had not only managed to compete within this filed, but to also grow into becoming one of the leading real estate firms of Greece that had the ability to assist and provide for its clients, the right property for the right price.
It was evident from the start, that in order to be able of becoming one of the leading real estate firms, it had to also invest heavily within the IT field for the development of appropriate software packages, that where needed.

It is this combination, the decades of real estate knowledge, the on-hands experience with the development of the appropriate software packages through our IT company (Analysis Business Solutions), that are now offered through the online services.

Having identified that the industry is missing a united body of realtors who even though they all work independently but also as one and with the right tools, our firm had diversified its direction from real estate agents to a firm that is providing the right tools for this new united body.

All of the now provided software & internet solutions have been tested and proven to be the needed solutions for all who are involved within the real estate industry.

Today and through our infrastructure and investments within the IT field, our firm not only provides a massive database of properties, but also a united body of realtors who all work together and with the right tools.
